Trồng tại xã Hương Xuân, thu hoạch vào cuối mùa đông, sấy trong nhà xưởng của hợp tác xã. Mỗi lô hàng ghi tên hộ gia đình thành viên đã canh tác.

Hộ bà Nguyễn Thị Lan, thôn A Roàng

Gia đình bà Lan là thành viên hợp tác xã từ vụ đầu tiên. Lô atisô này được gieo từ tháng Mười, thu hoạch tháng Hai, trên diện tích 3 sào đất ruộng của gia đình.

Toàn bộ khâu sấy và đóng gói được thực hiện tại xưởng chung của hợp tác xã. Không có trung gian giữa ruộng nhà bà Lan và tay bạn.

Cách pha và liều dùng thực tế

Dùng 10–15 g atisô khô cho 1 lít nước. Đun sôi rồi hạ lửa nhỏ trong 20 phút. Uống thay nước trong ngày, không cần thêm đường.

Bảo quản nơi khô thoáng, tránh ánh nắng trực tiếp. Dùng trong vòng 12 tháng kể từ ngày đóng gói ghi trên túi.
